The School and Surrounding Environment

Here at Five Elms, we firmly believe in working in close partnership with you to ensure that your child’s time here is happy and successful – both academically and personally.

We work hard to provide an environment in which your child is eager to learn, becomes confident enough to try new activities, without any fear of failure, safe in the knowledge that help is always there when they need it.

All children are valued and are actively encouraged to celebrate their own individuality, whilst recognising and respecting that of others.

Five Elms is a caring school which has high expectations of staff and children.  Five Elms is a community primary school with children from the ages of 3-11.  The school provides places for nursery, reception and years 1-6 and has an Additional Resource Provision (ARP) for deaf children.

Currently we have approximatley, 456 pupils on roll.  We are situated on Wood Lane, Dagenham  and 14 miles East of Central London, near Becontree Heath.  Five Elms Primary, is a good school, where children make rapid progress and attain high educational standards, despite facing many challenging circumstances.

At Five Elms, we firmly believe in working in close partnership with you to ensure that your child’s time here is happy and successful – both academically and personally.
